We operate a lean core team model, supported by a trusted network of specialist associates across Europe and the Middle East.

Client-embedded and advisory roles

We work both as an integrated part of client/contractor teams and as independent advisors providing project assurance and recovery.

Hybrid and site-based working

Many roles combine a mix of remote working, client office work, and time on site. The balance depends on the project phase and your role.

International exposure

Our current and planned operations focus on the UK and wider EMEA region, particularly in key data centre and energy hubs.

We aim to plan travel sensibly, minimise unnecessary time away from home, and maintain professional but sustainable working patterns.
