Overview
Peractio was engaged by a confidential owner-operator to manage the delivery of a 3 MW colocation data centre expansion in Hamburg, Germany, taking full project management responsibility.
The Challenge
The project was slipping behind schedule due to vendor delays, busbar manufacturing issues, and unresolved commercial positions between the client and contractor.
Our Approach
We led daily coordination and direct engagement with OFCI vendors and manufacturers, developed a mitigated programme, deployed temporary infrastructure to achieve NEA, and resolved commercial uncertainty through detailed variation reviews and cost finalisation.
Results
Network Early Access was achieved on time. Schedule delays were mitigated and costs were controlled within the agreed Estimated Final Cost. Collaboration and visibility across stakeholders improved significantly.
