Overview
Peractio was engaged by a confidential owner-operator to manage MEP services and act as the client’s contract administrator for a 5 MW modular new-build data centre in Lisbon, Portugal.
The Challenge
The project involved a foreign general contractor unfamiliar with Portuguese regulations and British standards. The modular superstructure required complex MEP coordination and logistics under a compressed timeframe.
Our Approach
We established a structured planning and reporting rhythm, conducted in-depth design reviews and factory inspections, and led alignment workshops with the GC and client’s commissioning team to embed best practices and improve coordination.
Results
Coordination and quality improved significantly, and Network Early Access was successfully achieved for the client’s customer despite schedule pressures.
